    Company TV, with a branch in the region of Casa Branca/SP. It is an agricultural company focused on the production of flowers, tubers, potatoes, grains, onions, garlic, beans, eucalyptus and citrus (oranges, tangerines and lemons). The CCH unit is focused on the exclusive production of citrus. THE The property has housing for the workers, an outpatient clinic, offices, a cafeteria, weir, entrance, properly identified areas for packaging segregation, sheds for machinery and equipment, living area and place for cleaning packages. The objective of the consultancy was to improve the nutritional and phytosanitary aspects of the orchard, aiming to increase productivity, since CCH aims to expand the planting area until the end of 2022.

    The year 2022 should not be one of significant investments in planted area of orange. In addition to concerns about the weather, the low productivity of the season 2021/2022 has restricted the income of many citrus growers. Some of them may even join irrigation to mitigate climate risks. As for the 2022/2023 production, initially, good flowering was verified, but there are still concerns about the effects of weather (as some plants have been weakened by the drought, and the possibility of La Niña could delay the regularization of the rains in SP)

    The objective of this project was to carry out, through a consultancy, a diagnosis of the management of a company in the agribusiness sector involving engineering concepts, legislation, market, economic and environmental management. The scenario surrounding the company has been extremely challenging, mainly for two reasons: climate change and commercial instability, which is directly caused by factors related to the Sars Cov 19 pandemic and the recent conflicts between Russia and Ukraine. Such factors have demanded excellence in the management of companies in the sector in order to succeed in their activities and contribute to the environment in which they are inserted

    On March 29, 2022, a technical visit was made to the property called Jaboticabeiras Farm, to obtain data and study information for the project module I provided by UNIFEOB. There was initially a brief presentation by managers Reginaldo and Fernanda, responsible for the farm, followed by questions asked by the students, ending with a trip to the strategic points of the place. The farm has excellent management, in addition to the fact that it has a fully self-sustainable, always looking for the best commitment to sustainability.     Corn, scientific name: Zea mays from the Family: Poaceae. Phenological stages, the maize crop is divided into two major phases: vegetative (V) and reproductive (R). The subdivisions of the vegetative stages (V) are numerically designated Ve through Vn, where n represents the last vegetative stage before bolting. The reproductive stages begin at the bolting R1 and go until the physiological maturation R6. Planting season: Harvest (September to December), off-season (January to March) and third harvest (April and June). The main weeds found on the property were: Digitaria insularis (bitter grass), from the Poaceae family. According to ADEGAS (2020), Digitaria insularis presents isolated resistance to glyphosate, the main herbicide used in corn and RR soy for weed control

    The main culture of the property is the cultivation of coffee of the Genus: Coffea and species: Coffea arábica. Shrub plant belonging to the Rubiaceae family, originating in Ethiopia whose best development is at altitudes above 800 meters and in a milder climate. According to Wikipedia (2020) the water requirement of the coffee tree varies greatly according to their phenological stages. The phenological cycle consists of six distinct phases, two of which are vegetative (Vegetation and formation of leaf buds, induction and maturation of flower buds) and four reproductive: (Flowering, fruit set, fruit maturation, rest and senescence)
