This term emerged with the increased use of mobile technology, nowadays it is a sacrifice for most people to go a day without being connected. With this feeling of being connected to the world, the person creates a fear of disconnecting from it or losing something they consider important, and can cause anxiety, panic attacks and even physical symptoms such as tremors. Nowadays, with this "disease" of the new world there are treatments, such as therapy and it is recommended that everyone build healthy habits around technology.

The syndrome results in some symptoms such as anxiety, insecurity, panic attacks and depression due to the process of social isolation and impoverishment of socio-affective relationships.

It is an irrational fear of being without a cell phone, in this disorder the main symptoms are: anguish, anxiety, nervousness, tremors, sweating and others. It is considered normal dependence, the one that allows us to take advantage of all these technological innovations for social relationships, work, personal growth, among others.
