This term emerged with the increased use of mobile technology, nowadays it is a sacrifice for most people to go a day without being connected. With this feeling of being connected to the world, the person creates a fear of disconnecting from it or losing something they consider important, and can cause anxiety, panic attacks and even physical symptoms such as tremors. The use of technology can be a benefit for children, if it is handled correctly, that is, with parental monitoring of the hours and content accessed by them.
