For all this to happen, the company must be knowledgeable in its production process, that is, be competent and effective in knowing how to analyze and classify its costs, generating important information in administrative decision making. And it is valid to say that with the great global competition and the collection of entrepreneurs, companies have a responsibility to make profits or profitability in a continuous way so that it can be maintained in the future. Inventories currently represent one of the most important assets for companies and they need continuous monitoring so that their costs do not increase. DEn this part of the Integrated Project (IP) the project objective should be described (in this case, an analysis of the logistics strategy of a real company and its impacts related to the final cost of the products). The goal of the project is to put into practice the learning we had in the strategic cost management and value chain management classes. In this project we highlight the company Soufer which was the company chosen to help us elaborate and put into practice everything we have learned so far. Below are related the concepts and some examples most used in the business sector of the company, elaborated with what we learned during the teaching.
