ELIAS, Renata CABRAL, Camila da SilvaTo carry out the project "Which place do children go to after they grow up, we designated the educational institution EMEB Antônio dos Santos Cabral, with the aim of observing behavior and learning after social isolation due to the COVID19 pandemic, a moment in which many actions had to be taken, in order to prevent and control the spread of the virus. With that in mind, our target audience are children in the first and second phase, those who, for the most part, were in the process of adapting to the day care center and without prior notice had their ties are cut, resulting in more affective dependence on caregivers and having the school as an environment stressful experience and difficult adaptation, since they would have to separate from those who took care of their well-being, thus generating negative consequences for children in this early childhood, eg: development, socialization and learning. As already mentioned with the pandemic, institutions had to interrupt face-to-face activities, a time when thousands of students had to adapt to the distance education environment, and with that, parents began to play the role of educators, the way of teaching was difficult for the family. How serious these effects of the pandemic are for children, and which results in learning with a calmer period and pace, where the way of learning is challenging and in a way a novelty. In this way, it is extremely important to emphasize that the pandemic has generated numerous problems, data reveal that the public most affected by these disorders may indeed be children, since it is at this stage that social relationships are shown to be important pillars for healthy development; Teaching institutions are the stage where the socialization process takes place, it is in everyday life, in the interaction with other children and with the environment in which they are surrounded, that they begin to learn to manage emotions, assimilate social values, and also develop construction of important values for the development of the personality. It is not so simple to identify sequelae of the pandemic, as it can be easily confused with the result of the difficult childhood of caregivers, for example, parents who went through situations of vulnerability or had to face severe physical aggression, and today they are excessively attached to their children, in an attempt to protect the child even from what does not need defense. The result of a child who faced the pandemic with total restriction and another who suffered even more from the irritation and aggressiveness of the caregivers are two different worlds, and many frictions between them can arise, however, in most cases a behavior will be possible to identify similarity between these two worlds, lack.Item A importância da gestão de comportamentos inadequados para o desenvolvimento do repertório comportamental(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2022-11-30) TOMÉ, Amanda M. ELIAS, Renata CABRAL, Camila da SilvaThe school environment is, by essence, a plural environment. Whether it be in the composition of the student body, students from different social realities and ethnicities are some examples of this type of plurality, or whether it be through the training of the teaching staff, which will be made up of professionals with different types of experience, referential load and even background. of life. This environment ends up bringing some challenges to educators: children with personalities under construction, children with some type of learning difficulty or even some disorder, diagnosed or not. These last two aspects, learning difficulties or intellectual disabilities, are usually more easily perceived in the school environment, since the student is encouraged to perform tasks that can demonstrate these difficulties or deficiencies. It is in this area that the collaborative work of the Psychology professional appears, which is to help in this detection and, if possible, in a shorter way for a better result in the intervention.
