A importância do saber ouvir na Psicologia
(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-06-30) LAGE, Augusto do Amaral; REVOREDO, Gabriela Aparecida; PRADO, Gabriela Palhares Mussi Vieira; DIAS, Karla Cristine Figueiredo; FARIA, Luci de Cássia; BUENO, Leonor Cristina
Active listening (a skill that we intend to develop through this project) brings closer ties between individuals, as the individuality of the person and their experiences is perceived, but in some cases there is a personal identification with the content treated by who produces the speech, generating greater identification and a form of mirroring between individuals, thus with greater proximity, both can welcome each other in a better way and understand the context of each other's experience, being a treatment, or rather a unique relationship between them. It is about greater humanization in the experience between individuals. In psychoanalysis there is a certain mode of active listening, as there is free speech and listening between the analyst and the patient, which is not so recent, but nowadays there is greater discussion about the implementation of the practice in other areas of health. In addition to listening, it is necessary to align it with observation techniques, which presents the way in which the messages brought by the interviewee were collected, since the work takes place around the rural man.

(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-06-30) TEIXEIRA, Ana Laura Ribeiro; FERREIRA, Ana Lívia; CONSTANTINO, Helena Cunha; LOUZADA, Maria Angélica Farnetani Marcondes; BUENO, Leonor Cristina
The work aims to understand the experiences of field workers using observation and interview methods, added to other techniques developed throughout the classes. The entire development of the project proposes a true analysis and understanding of life in the countryside, considering its setbacks and highlighting its benefits, to disseminate more information about this reality to other people. It seeks to discuss the daily habits of rural workers, beliefs and customs, difficulty in accessing the urban environment, education and health, living conditions, personal fulfillment, among many other topics studied and applied during the process. As a guiding principle, it is based on mutual respect and the application of professional and personal ethics throughout the project. Furthermore, it seeks to relate its execution stages to all the subjects of the semester, proposing to end it with a coherent and broad training, concluding the themes in a practical way.

(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-06-30) HOMEM, Agatha Larissa; SILVA, Amanda Nogueira da; PASSONI, Gabriel; SIMIONATO, Gabrielli Pereira; RUI, Nicole Cristini; BUENO, Leonor Cristina
Seeking to understand the proposed theme, interviewing and seeking to know the life story of each individual, our objective is to transform each story into a heritage of humanity, thus, each subject has the availability to tell their trajectory, organize their thoughts and know or listen to everyone's lives, containing various ages, beliefs, professions in Brazil. We can see that this narrative of the “I” has connections with Psychology in several ways, as studying the individual is nothing more than knowing the legacy of their existence and thus being able to help them. We also noticed connectivity in specific Psychology approaches and subjects.

In this article we seek to portray the main causes that still generate labor practices analogous to slavery, and why, in addition to being hidden by the media; What still continues to encourage you within the market? Both for the employer, especially within the rural work field, still opts for this system, and for the worker who, despite experiencing the arduous precarious consequences provided within this system, in many cases does not recognize the situation in which he finds himself, whether due to their naivety derived from their lack of information regarding their rights, or the false ideal that they will not get a better opportunity. From a search for data and articles that report what this reality is like, and that provide all the necessary information to support this topic, we brought a more intimate and personal look to this topic through interviews, thus answering what drives the human being generating this whole scenario.

(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-06-30) SILVA, Vitória Hamilly da; BAPTISTA, Caio da Cunha F.; SOUZA, Lucas Martins de; REZENDE, Ana Paula; FRANCISCO, Gabriela Caetano F.; BUENO, Leonor Cristina
Life in the countryside is a complex experience that encompasses history, culture and identity. The psychology project proposes interviews to expand ethical and listening skills. Child farm workers, often invisible, face psychological challenges due to isolation. The social issue impacts interpersonal relationships, challenging the psychologist's professional ethics. The article explores how psychology can be a voice for these children, considering the complexities of social relationships. Observation and reception techniques are crucial, while teamwork can challenge norms that perpetuate child exploitation in rural areas.
