    During an evaluation, a problem was presented in the management of the school that prevents its proper functioning and development, affecting the learning of the students who study there, in their bimonthly results and in the interpersonal relationships of the entire school community. For a smooth running of the school and management, we must always provide an opportunity to invite the entire school community to participate in the administration process. Good management is very important for the good development of the school, knowing that it can face several challenges throughout the school year, with that it must have good management to be able to complete the goals and good performance of the school.
