    When the student enters the school, he already brings with him a somewhat relative baggage of life, and today, in the face of so many changes that have occurred, the way of evaluating only by tests has left fears in students, traumas that end up reflecting on their physical and mental health. from the students. Self-knowledge is a process that aims to identify thought patterns and habits and, based on this, allow students to improve their behavioral responses and decision-making at school and in their personal life. Self-knowledge begins within the mind and is reflected on the outside, positively changing the way the student perceives the world and reacts to different situations at school.
