    Nowadays, with the Coronavirus pandemic, the need to have someone who is able to help and manage the financial area of ​​a company, it has become indispensable, since the outbreak brought numerous chains to the business, such as: the reduction in movement of customers, drop in billing, the absence of employees in their workstations, reduction of production and etc. First, for the project that refers to this work, we came to help the company Fiscon Contabilidade, a company focused on tax, accounting and human resources. Therefore, through the Financial Management subject showing what a Cash Flow is, we put in practice all the knowledge acquired for the corroboration in the first version of a system web that will be the final product for our client.

    Due to the current competitive scenario in the business sector, it is essential to on the part of companies, especially small and medium-sized ones, to organize themselves and outline its goals through strategic and precise planning. Therefore, the project focuses on the development of a flow of Caixa, in which the entrepreneur has a broad visibility of his financial resources, where the same can: predict, plan and control inflows and outflows of money in a given period, which is one of the many benefits it can bring to any company that for using it, which will be presented throughout this project.

    At first, when we talk about financial planning, we are directly linking to controlling earnings and expenses, getting organized requires much more than wanting, it is necessary to know how to do it and this method is known as Cash Flow. According to the IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics), more or less 60% of companies go to bankruptcy in the first 5 years, this shows us that planning is more than essential, whether he, optimistic or pessimistic. Cash flow is crucial for companies, businesses and stores due to the high money flow, this control helps establishments to have a record detailed account of your earnings and expenses to manage with discipline and without mistakes. According to Sebrae (According to the Micro and Small Business Support Service) in the pandemic, 7% of companies closed for not making a profit and 20% for lack of capital.

    The purpose of the Extension Project is to create a cash flow model. In order to control the flow of a company, the model must consider the inputs (receipts), outputs (payments) and control of balances. In addition to demonstrating the Realized Cash Flow, allowing a projection of the balance for the future, considering expected inputs and outputs. This model will be the base of the project and should be implemented, with the support of the other study units.

    In this project conceived by the business school of the educational institution Octávio Bastos has as main objective to create a cash flow integrated to a database of very simple and objective way for business use on a reduced scale. The project covers the Systems Analysis and Development (ADS) and Computer Science (CComp) and its main focus is the idealization of a model functional cash flow chart containing only inflows (receipts) and outflows (payments). In addition, the model promises a function that allows projecting balances futures.

    The main purpose of this project is to create a flow control model of cash for a company. According to Zdanowicz (2001, p.23), “cash flow is the visual demonstration of income and expenses distributed by the future timeline”. O The system model is responsible for controlling the inputs, outputs and processing. In addition In addition, it must predict future balances, based on data previously provided. The importance of this project lies in the ability to manage the information obtained through entities and relationships, therefore, allows for increased productivity, error reduction and daily reporting.

    The Business Consultancy 2022 project is a cash flow control that can be used by any company that wants software, to facilitate the control and boost the business. Aiming at the efficiency of this control, the proposal of the software is to carry out a flow of company's capital box, with an objective interface, easy to understand, which will show the inflows and outflows, outstanding balance, loans, organization and future planning, and be flexible to adapt to all company needs. The system must receive entry values ​​in the company's balance. Register code, value, date and description of the entry. For company exit values, code, value, date and description are also used. O new balance is calculated by adding and substituting the input and output values ​​of the old balance. The user who will manage the flow will be able to register on one of the screens and have access to the system menu, from which it is possible to view all other functions.
