    INTRODUÇÃO DE HISTOTÉCNICAS
(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-05-19) SOARES FILHO, Anor; GREGÓRIO, Gabriel; GREGÓRIO, Gustavo; GERES, Letícia Courelle; FERNANDES, Lorena; LEONARDO, Lucas; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo De; SANTOS, Odair José dos; ROSSI, Cíntia Lima; ROSA, Ricardo Alexandre; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar dos
Histology is responsible for studying the cells and tissues of the human body and the way these structures are organized for the formation of organs. For this, the aid of a microscope is necessary because they are small cellular dimensions. It is essential to know the research tools and methods to understand the functioning of the structures of cells, tissues and organs. The slightest error from collection to observation can fail the entire study. (JUNQUEIRA, L. C.; CARNEIRO, J. Basic histology. 13ed. Rio de Janeiro: Guanabara Koogan, 2017. 1832p.).

Projeto integrado em saúde e bioquímica: laboratório clinico e sustentabilidade
(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2022-06-30) CARVALHO, Ana julia Trevisan; JACINTO, Fellipe augusto; PEREIRA, Maiara Soares; Monica, PASSONI; MERLI, Paulo Tarso; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo de; SANTOS, Odair José dos; ROSSI, Cíntia Lima; ROSA, Ricardo Alexandre; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar dos
The incessant search for quality of life and a cleaner environment makes Sustainability is an extremely important tool in the society we live in. To the cities are increasingly polluted and this is easily noticed. the amount of garbage has grown considerably, toxic substances are disposed of along the domestic sewer and even outdoors, in addition to the clouds of smoke that hang in the air, contributing to the increase in respiratory diseases. Faced with so much negative impact, citizens have charged from companies and public spheres, improvement actions to control and reduce of this scenario. Aware of their responsibilities and positioning themselves as a social organization, some companies have adhered to sustainability actions to seek a balance with the environment. Waste management has been shown to be a alternative to be incorporated into business processes, in order to minimize the impacts generated by the activity, promoting the management of corporate waste and the elimination of material waste, promoting recycling and correct disposal.

    INTRODUÇÃO À HISTOLOGIA E HISTOTÉCNICAS
(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-05-19) LONGUINI, Bárbara; GAMA, Cassio; MARTINS, Diego Relvas; GONÇALVES, Matheus Donizetti; MANCO, Nadson Harã; PASSOS, Rafael; VITOR, Victório Jordão; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo De; SANTOS, Odair José dos; ROSSI, Cíntia Lima; ROSA, Ricardo Alexandre; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar dos
The study of cells and tissues and the way in which these structures are organized is called Histology. All this study is done with the help of microscopes due to the small size of these cells. In view of the current scenario, we can say that the study of histology has received more and more importance, since with the advances in technology and medicine we have the possibility of creating countless possibilities and answers. Daily, several medical diagnoses are confirmed through biopsy, allowing us to study the cause of death and, through this study, perhaps, achieve advances, allowing that cause of death, perhaps, to be delayed or even cured.

    PREPARAÇÃO DE MATERIAIS HISTOLÓGICOS
(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-05-18) KUZUHARA, Douglas; VASCONCELOS, Fernando Augusto; MALAQUIAS, Kamille Cristine Santos; TEIXEIRA, Luiz Gabriel; QUIRINO, Maria Clara; ELIDIO, Maria Eduarda; RICARDO, Maria Eduarda; FERIAN, Rafaela de Souza; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo De; SANTOS, Odair José dos; ROSSI, Cíntia Lima; ROSA, Ricardo Alexandre; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar dos
Material collection consists of removing tissue samples from a given organism. Collection can be done when the organism is still alive, through biopsy or during surgery; or even after death, during necropsy of animals or humans. This method consists of obtaining very thin sections of organ fragments, so thin that light can pass through them. When a tissue is removed from your body, it begins an autolysis process, so that this does not occur, we have the fixation process that interrupts this self-destruction, prevents the proliferation of micro-organism colonies and guarantees the quality of the tissue for further research.

AS HISTOTÉCNICAS PARA O ESTUDO DE HISTOLOGIA
(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2022-08-15) PAULA, Dezidéria Cristine de; HIRATA, Emile Carvalho; SANTOS, Laura Simões dos; CASTRO, Lucas André Constantino de; MACHADO, Maria Eduarda Grama; BATISSOCO, Natan; PAULA, Stefany Luiza de; COSTA, Vinícius Willian Brandão; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar dos; SOUZA, Carlos A. C.; ROSSI, CÍNTIA L.; SANTOS, Odair; ROSA, Ricardo A.
Junqueira and Carneiro in the work Histologia Básica (2004, p. 1) stated that: “Histology is the study of the cells and tissues of the body and how these structures organize themselves to build the organs.” With the main objective of understanding its subjects and thus, having a certain notion about their structure and the way in which they function - as a group or individually - so that their particular sets are also analyzed, including that each cell is responsible for developing a role, seeking above all to protect, calcify, retract, heal, coat and replace in case of loss of any of these cells contributors to the other functions.
