    The integrated project has as its theme SUPPLY CHAIN ​​and aims to proposal to relate the content of the disciplines of Logistics Management of the Supply Chain Supplies and Process Management that will demonstrate how it is done and how it is extremely important for a company in this case SAMSUNG a good management of your supply chain which consequently can have a great positive impact in the company's profits and also generate competitive advantage in the face of its competitors. To carry out this integrated project we chose SAMSUNG, the choice of this company is due to the fact that it is a reference in its field and also because it is a of the few companies that we were able to obtain greater amount of information relevant to carry out the elaboration of the integrated project.

    The objective of this project is to demonstrate the functionality of the Supply Chain within one of the most important sectors in the last “two years”, which is the health sector, we we believe we could talk, show how the whole management process works logistical, administrative and financial, giving full attention to the information, as there is a great complexity and delicacy within the sector, involving not only the operational and administrative but also the humanized part, making a sector of great social responsibility throughout the process.
