This project will be prepared with the aim of presenting the following studies Logistics management of the aforementioned company's supply chain, focusing on its supply area and its production standards, processes and procedures established by the company and its partners; The stages of the supply process from the supply of fruits, investments in small producers, quality control and conservation of the product, to the functioning of the supply processes, their expenses in logistics, business partners, order cycle, transportation and technology; Its management of established processes both in the organizational area and in the supply area, highlighting its operation, the benefits of supplies and the integration between suppliers and the company.
