Based on the request to prepare a commercial building project, we developed a commercial building project, with the ground floor being a restaurant/cafe with the upper floors being commercial rooms for rent/sale, in a quick and modern way. The project will be developed within the required standards, complying with the building code, the master plan and construction standards. Express through calculations the efforts that will fall on a given support beam of the building.
