    This is an infraction for undue stay in the country, since Pedro, already qualified in the records, of French nationality, decided to come to Brazil in search of employment, thus requesting and acquiring, through the Brazilian government, a visa that he believed would be sufficient to make the trip and occasionally his relocation, so that he could start working in the country.
