Currently, Brazil occupies the third position in the world market of Personal Hygiene, Perfumery and Cosmetics. Brazilians are considered as one of the most vain people in the world.

Healthy Flavor will be a restaurant located in front of a school that has full classes and also next to a college, so the menu will be healthy and will meet various tastes will have breakfast, lunch and afternoon coffee. We will have one employee for every area, from the kitchen to the cleaning part to better serve customers.

    This Integrated Project aims to develop the study units Labor Liability Management and Fundamentals of Law and Corporate Structuring, applying the knowledge acquired in the creation of a company, in this case, Riviera Brides. Riviera Brides is a party clothing sales, rental and clothing company that is entering the market from now on, with the purpose of bringing its customers more convenience, comfort, sophistication and innovations in their purchases. It is located at Avenida Durval Nicolau, 1548 - Riviera District - São João da Boa Vista - SP. And has 9 employees, all with career paths and hired by following the CLT regime. Another purpose of this paper is to reflect on possible labor liabilities that could happen after hiring employees.

Through the proposal of creating a new business it was possible to realize the importance of these disciplines in the organizations routine, being essential that the administrator have a broad view of the rules and rules that govern the management of companies in general, as well as protect the integrity of the company.
