O Projeto Integrado é uma estratégia didática de ensino–aprendizagem cujo objetivo é materializar a interdisciplinaridade entre os saberes abordados durante o curso. Organizados em módulos temáticos, com eixos condutores que integram as unidades de estudo de cada período de oferta. Essas unidades, articuladas, geram o Projeto Integrado (PI) que permite ao estudante colocar em prática as competências que se pretende desenvolver em cada módulo.

The company does not have a detailed and updated job and salary plan, thus giving rise to the opportunity to apply the concepts learned in a practical way, through the Human Resources Management course. We will also present an analysis of the Recruitment and Selection process used in the referred company, our intention is to present in a clear and objective way the advantages that this organization can generate, impacting current and future employees.

    The objective of our Integrated Project is to expand our knowledge in the disciplines that we are studying: Positions, Salaries, Career Plan, Personnel Administration and Labor Obligations based on surveys carried out with Empresa Help! Franchising Participações Ltda, which is a representative company of Banco BMG, so we will describe its structure in the Career Plan process and how contributed to demonstrate the importance of establishing the internal balance and external to the organization, clearly defining the attributions of each one! Already in classes Personnel Administration and Labor Obligations were important in making us understand Recruitment and Selection within organizations, as such processes are responsible for the formation of teams that will take the company to the desired stage, however, on the other hand, as the wrong hires can lead to a series of of inconvenience and losses for the company, such as the increase in the rate of demotivation and turnover (name given to the flow of entries and exits of employees in a company. This index is calculated from the relationship between the shutdown and the admission of new employees).

In this Integrated Project, based on the Coca Cola company, it will be possible to observe how the organization has addressed this issue and whether they are concerned with creating a welcoming, peaceful and fair organizational climate. It will also be shown how the company carries out the processes of recruitment and selection, whether these are internal or external and what are their procedures.

The aforementioned school segment uses the COC teaching system as a franchise. This franchise was founded in 1963 in the city of Ribeirão Preto/SP, has partner schools throughout Brazil, highly qualified, and that's why Colégio Valcam part of this renowned company. The COC teaching system prioritizes technology, so it trains its employees to perform their duties in order to achieve the goals of qualification to be considered the best in their segment.
