    The growing concern with the environment and the need to promote practices sustainability have driven the development of innovative solutions for the efficient waste management. In this context, GATE5, a group dedicated to technology and sustainability, presents a project for an intelligent trash can with an app integrated. This bin, combining sensors and connectivity, aims to optimize the collection and promote awareness of waste management. The intelligent waste bin developed by the GATE5 group is a technological solution technology that uses built-in sensors to monitor the level of bin occupancy in real time. These sensors, strategically positioned inside the bin, capture accurate information about the amount of waste present, allowing users to know when it is necessary to empty it.

    Our aim is to improve the study and cultivation of plants, promoting it in a simpler and more effective way for the consumer. The focus of our company is on the automation of small, medium and large greenhouses sized, remotely controlled both for studying and analyzing the behavior of the plant and for own plantation, and to create a data base in which it contains diverse schedules of planting cycles to help inexperienced people optimize their crops. Our company aims to increase environmental sustainability and agricultural production with this by reducing the use of pesticides. Facilitating the control of your greenhouse, automating lighting and humidity functions, with a fully remote control, without need to be on the side of your plants.

    The AUT4US project aims to implement at UNIFEOB a Smart Grid, a Smart Grid combines information and communication technologies (ICT) with systems of energy from the grid, in order to generate more sustainability and a better generation and consumption of energy through enterprise automation. It was with this in mind that AUT4US decided to implement automation inside the rooms classroom, allowing employees to control the environment remotely, through a mobile application, quickly and efficiently. This includes turning equipment on and off. connected to this Smart Grid, such as projectors, lights and air conditioning. With that the employees will not need to physically travel to each room to turn these devices on or off. equipment, which will save them time and reduce their workload.

    The Integrated Project proposes the development of an automatic feeder for low cost and functional, that is integrated into an application. Initially, the objective is assist small/medium sized animals in the region of São João da Boa Vista in cities such as Pinhal, Águas da Prata, among others, providing practicality for people with routines restless people who, sometimes, are not able to dedicate the due attention to the care of their Pets. The product, called "PetFeeder", also aims to supply the needs of animal care establishments, such as clinics veterinarians and veterinary hospitals, offering flexibility and agility at mealtimes of the animals.
