    The Vida Leve project, carried out by UNIFEOB, has as main objective encourage people to adopt a healthier lifestyle. The students of the courses of technology were invited to develop an application consisting of medical records electronics to monitor each patient participating in the project. Currently, medical records are completed using Google forms. At the However, with the increase in the demand for new patients, the need for a solution arose. more efficient to facilitate follow-ups. Therefore, the project coordinators sought support to develop software that met specific demands.

    The main concept of the Business Consulting Project and the performance of a business consulting firm are very comprehensive (Paula Rodrigo, 2023).     The extension project for this 5th and last module of the Analysis and Systems Development has as main objective to develop the same system previous module, but now, on a mobile platform, with the implementation of some Artificial intelligence. The system will be used by health professionals, initially, to the registration of patients with all the necessary information so that, after completing of the same, he can receive the ideal treatment from the team of professionals who will assist him. This Electronic Medical Record, which will be composed of a team of professionals from different specialties in the area of health, will attend individually, in this way, being able to get to know, analyze and evaluate each patient and subsequently carry out a “monitoring integrated”, of health and possible treatments or medical prescriptions that may be needed.

    The present project, called "electronic medical records with mobility for area of health", whose purpose is the development of a mobile application, cross-platform, able to manage the medical records and anamnesis sheets of patients at the Escola do Bem Estar UNIFEOB, has the main objective to provide more efficiency in the work of professionals and students linked to the Escola do Bem-Estar, an important division of UNIFEOB, a university center dedicated to teaching the health area. The Vida Leve project, the core of this development, is mainly focused on external agents, extra UNIFEOB community, which seeks to improve the quality of life of involved, named patients, and their health involving obesity issues, and enable students in the area of health the first contact, supervised by professors, with patients in real cases.
