Cash flow control is essential for companies, businesses and stores, especially given the large amount of money involved. This control allows establishments keep a detailed record of their income and expenses, which contributes to a more disciplined and error-free administration. According to data from Sebrae (Support Service for Micro and Small Companies), during the pandemic, 7% of companies closed for not having made a profit and 20% for lack of capital. This highlights the importance of adequate financial management for the survival and success of the business. Last semester, the creation of a cash flow was worked on. According to Zdanowicz (2001, p.23), “cash flow is the visual demonstration of income and expenses spread across the future timeline”. The system model is responsible for control of inputs, outputs and processing. In addition, future balances will be foreseen, based on previously provided data. Business Intelligence concepts will be applied to advance visualization of data, creation of panels to help more and more to visualize their results, structured plans and tools that will help in your daily life in the company, innovating and advancing technologically. Documentation will be worked requirements functional and non-functional that the system has for its operation, both the requirements of the system and those of support for the tool to work. The development of documentation was divided into stages, working with the concept "Scrum Project" is a set of good practices employed in the management of complex projects so that each team member can plan and carry out each task prioritizing interests and objectives collectives in a participatory and collaborative way in the execution of collective activities.
