    Carl Von Clausewitz quoted the following sentence: “Strategy is an economy of forces.” The strength of a strategy can change the world, or the social science that studies the processes of production, distribution, accumulation and consumption of goods and services in society. Regardless, on the one hand we will look at factors about management fundamentals and on the other hand we will look at economic fundamentals. It is possible to affirm that both studies build our world. In administration fundamentals we will analyze the organizational environment in connection with the external market, if the company chosen for the integrated project is influenced by the external environment and how it deals with it. Although we have chosen a large company, while reading this project we will realize that, if there is not good management, strategies, or communication between its employees, the company can suffer certain consequences in its business.
