    The interdisciplinary project will present the socioeconomic and demographic location of the chosen company, the human behavior of the internal space of the organization and the organizational environment. The company chosen was Banco Bradesco S.A., which is an institution that offers banking and insurance services, as well as contributing to the financial development of the population. The group opted for Banco Bradesco due to the large number of information and courses it offers, as well as the exceptional treatment with its clients, quality observed through the interview. With its focus on continuous innovation and social and environmental concern, points that further highlight its market, the association is one of the largest banking industries in Brazil, being elected the most valuable bank in Latin America for four consecutive years.

    The process of choosing the company to be studied occurred from the company's website, being easy to see its social and environmental actions, something favorable to the topics addressed. Through this, and sites such as Cider, Datapedia and Unique became possible to develop geographic, behavioral analysis and commitment to the environment. In Labor Relations in Contemporary Society, with Professor Mateus Zani, the project presents the geographical demonstrations and general analysis of the municipality, in order to evaluate the quality of life that the municipality provides, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses, in order to add values ​​to it. With Professor Márcio Menardi, in the subject of Human Behavior in Organizations, the evaluation will be directly linked to the organizational and behavioral criteria, with an applied questionnaire and analysis of the results obtained, taking into account the well-being of the collaborators and the way the organization deals. with them. Already in Environment, Business and Corporate Responsibilities, with Professor Celso Filho, the subject will be the environmental and social relations that the company has with society, since each action will influence the welfare of the population.

    For the realization of the Integrated Project of this module the study units studied were Scientific Methodology and Projects, Communication and Expression, Labor Relations in Contemporary Society, Environment and Human Behavior in Organizations, which had respectively the teachers in power Renata Elizabeth de Alencar Marcondes , Marcelo Alexandre Correia da Silva, Mateus Amoedo Zani, Celso Antunes de Almeida Filho and Márcio Menardi. For this work, the company unanimously chosen by the students in this group was the University Center of the Octavio Bastos Education Foundation, a higher education institution. The written content of this work covered the study units of Labor Relations in Contemporary Society, Environment and Human Behavior in Organizations, the other two remaining units are not recorded in writing because, Scientific Methodology and Projects was used for the formatting of all This file and, Human Behavior in Organizations will be assessed by each member's behavior during the final presentations.

    This project will refer to Café Pacaembu, where we will address issues related to the Socioeconomic and Demographic Location of the Company, Human Behavior in Organizations and the Environment in conjunction with Scientific Methodology and Projects. Pacaembu Coffee is currently one of the most developed and renowned companies in coffee grinding and roasting in Latin America. The group was based on this choice to deepen their knowledge of the organization and the transparency of the data provided, facilitating access to information. To make a brief analysis regarding the Socioeconomic and Demographic Location of the Company, our group sought information from the socioeconomic context of the municipality where the organization is located, along with graphs and tables based on official websites, as well as Sidra.

    Among all Nestlé Factories in Brazil, we chose one of their branches found in the state of São Paulo, in the city of São José do Rio Pardo to realize the structure of this integrated project. It contains the concern and the social and environmental projects carried out by the company, made with teachings that we get in this module with the subject of Environment, Business and Corporate Responsibility, where we can learn how to importance of such aspects for the company. Already in Human Behavior In Organizations we can do an analysis and observe the scenario of the company, using all our knowledge and come to a conclusion and can understand how is the company's relationship with its employees.
