It contains the concern and the social and environmental projects carried out by the company, made with teachings that we get in this module with the subject of Environment, Business and Corporate Responsibility, where we can learn how to importance of such aspects for the company. Already in Human Behavior In Organizations we can do an analysis and observe the scenario of the company, using all our knowledge and come to a conclusion and can understand how is the company's relationship with its employees

Cyber Burguer is a technology-oriented institution, the main activity being a Games-predominant Lan House. Complementing the business idea was integrated the activity of Snack Bar, where will be sold artisanal hamburgers to customers who come to the establishment. The establishment will be located in the city of Mogi Guaçu - SP, at Shopping Buriti. Cyber Burguer aims to offer quality and differentiated services to the public so that it grows and increases its demand over the years until it becomes a network of entertainment and tasty food franchises. The newly formed company will be a Limited Company (LTDA) with shares divided between five partners - Amanda, Gabriel, José Gabriel, Juliana and Maria Vitória. All enterprising students who aspire to consecrate themselves in the entertainment and food industry. Services will focus on computer games and video games, as well as serving artisanal hamburgers. While the customer plays something of his taste and preference he can feed at the same time, with a different menu. The target audience will be people with low purchasing power, families, gamers and lovers of the geek universe.

This project will refer to Café Pacaembu, where we will address issues related to the Socioeconomic and Demographic Location of the Company, Human Behavior in Organizations and the Environment in conjunction with Scientific Methodology and Projects. Pacaembu Coffee is currently one of the most developed and renowned companies in coffee grinding and roasting in Latin America. The group was based on this choice to deepen their knowledge of the organization and the transparency of the data provided, facilitating access to information. To make a brief analysis regarding the Socioeconomic and Demographic Location of the Company, our group sought information from the socioeconomic context of the municipality where the organization is located, along with graphs and tables based on official websites, as well as Sidra.

In addition, it is also present in Argentina, Chile and Peru. The interdisciplinary project will present the socioeconomic and demographic location of the chosen company, the human behavior of the internal space of the organization and the organizational environment. The company chosen was Banco Bradesco S.A., which is an institution that offers banking and insurance services, as well as contributing to the financial development of the population. The group opted for Banco Bradesco due to the large number of information and courses it offers, as well as the exceptional treatment with its clients, quality observed through the interview. With its focus on continuous innovation and social and environmental concern, points that further highlight its market, the association is one of the largest banking industries in Brazil, being elected the most valuable bank in Latin America for four consecutive years.

The process of choosing the company to be studied occurred from the company's website, being easy to see its social and environmental actions, something favorable to the topics addressed. Through this, and sites such as Cider, Datapedia and Unique became possible to develop geographic, behavioral analysis and commitment to the environment. In Labor Relations in Contemporary Society, with Professor Mateus Zani, the project presents the geographical demonstrations and general analysis of the municipality, in order to evaluate the quality of life that the municipality provides, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses, in order to add values to it. With Professor Márcio Menardi, in the subject of Human Behavior in Organizations, the evaluation will be directly linked to the organizational and behavioral criteria, with an applied questionnaire and analysis of the results obtained, taking into account the well-being of the collaborators and the way the organization deals. with them. Already in Environment, Business and Corporate Responsibilities, with Professor Celso Filho, the subject will be the environmental and social relations that the company has with society, since each action will influence the welfare of the population.

This is a project to create an office with accounting advice specialized in the tax and tax area, in the city of São João da Boa Vista - SP. Where this advisory is responsible for determining all taxes and tax records of a company, according to the segment and where it is located. All companies independent of their tax framework, segment or size, have to collect taxes and taxes. Brazil has many taxes, including taxes, fees and contributions, and failure to pay them, or incorrect payments, may result in fines and end up harming the company. Thus, our goal is to make this advice work positively in companies, legally seeking to make the company pay less taxes, so that it has a tax savings, therefore can invest in new products or services, and become increasingly competitive in the market. Throughout this project we will be able to analyze all the planning and creation of our business, where we will present projections and various information necessary to make our business real. After all these analyzes we can prove or not the viability of this business and if it really will be a promising market for us entrepreneurs.

The purpose of this Interdisciplinary Project is to put into practice the subjects learned in the first module of the Accounting Science course. The disciplines covered in this paper were: Fundamentals of Accounting, Fundamentals of Administration, Fundamentals of Economics, Fundamentals of Finance and Fundamentals of Law. Respectively, the teachers responsible for each discipline are: Max Streicher Vallim, Frederico Fargnoli Ribeiro, Leonardo Marcelino, Renata E. de Alencar Marcondes and João Fernando Alves Palomo. For the choice of the company, our group entered into an agreement and opted for the Carrefour Brasil Group, or also called Atacadão S.A., which works in the Wholesale and Retail business. Much of the information used to do this work was taken from Carrefour's own official website and from the BOVESPA website.

The project portrays the company Vida e Movimento, which is nothing more than a service provider for the elderly, located in the city of São João da Boa Vista-sp. The company intends to offer differentiated services to meet the needs of each of its customers. The company will be a Limited Company - LTDA - owned by Maria Luiza, who, seeing a lack in this area decided to invest, bringing benefits of the most varied for the elderly. The services to be offered will be national and international travel, dance classes, physical activities, agreement with sports clubs, gym, health plans and others. The target audience will be people aged 60 and over who are increasingly seeking such services. The plan foresees investment in rent, facilities, disclosure and working capital. The investment will be of the order of R $ 50,000.00, all of which will be funded.

This project aims to analyze the Labor Liabilities within the organization MJ Serviços Eléctricos - Eletricos e Eletronics LTDA, where we will also explore its statistical and quantitative data, and propose a solution for the company according to its working capital. The company chosen was MJ Serviços Eléctricos - Eletricos e Eletrônica LTDA, located in the city of Goiânia-GO. The units of study addressed in this module were of paramount importance for the interdisciplinary project about the company to be realized. Throughout the project in the Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring unit, we study how to set up a company and how it can be structured. In Labor Liability Management we work with the CLT and the Federal Constitution and their reflexes in our daily lives. In the project we made simulations of possible labor liabilities in the chosen company.
