This paper aims to develop a plan of labor liabilities, encompassing the five units of study applied in this module, which are the legal aspects of corporate structuring, the management of labor liabilities, the statistics applied to it, the quantitative methods applied. business and put an end to working capital management, where it will be developed based on the structure and nature of the business of Café Pacaembu LTDA. Initially, in Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring, it sought to understand what the step-by-step to follow for the establishment of a company.
