    Trading in financial and real assets involves some estimate of the expected financial return on ownership of that asset. This return is intrinsically related to the price at which the asset was traded so that large financial gains or losses may result from the way an asset's price was calculated. Corporate Finance theory has several models that, based on a set of assumptions and variables, calculate the “fair” price of an asset. Bearing in mind that the object of study of this study is the pricing of a common share of Natura Cosméticos S.A., the Corporate Finance literature was searched for the models that were appropriate for this type of asset.

    The aim of this paper is to make an economic-financial analysis of the company Ambev, taking into account the period from 2016 to 2018. In this sense, we use several methods for financial analysis, such as vertical and horizontal analysis, through calculation of liquidity, debt, profitability and profitability indicators. Thus we find that all indicators of financial analysis, allow us a broad view, so that we can identify the health of the company.
