In the Labor Liabilities Management unit, some liabilities are identified that were committed by the company recognizing the laws that were breached to become such liabilities. And together with that, it is proposed possible solutions so that they are not committed again. To carry out this work, a fictitious company was chosen, the most of the information and numbers contained therein do not correspond to a company true, together we decided to name the company as "VILPN" being it from the cosmetics branch. For the accomplishment of this, three liabilities were indicated as main subjects, which are: overtime, hazardous work and wage parity. Thus showing the rights of workers, and duties of employers. The company chosen, being it fictitious, is Padaria Real, which has 12 employees, where Labor Liabilities were created, which served as a basis for setting up all the analysis and calculations of the Integrated Project. In the Management of Labor Liabilities discipline, the Labor Liabilities that the organization has will be developed and presented, the amount that was defaulted by the company and we will propose some possible forms of solution and contingency.
