Thus, we will be conducting our project integrated with the material presented, to develop and complete the proposed dynamics in the best way. In advanced accounting we will be presenting the pillars of accounting together with the evaluation of cash flow and accounting principles in Brazil, we will understand the terms controlled and associated, continuity, goodwill and discount in the company. Theory is necessary for the execution to be perfect, having mastered the theory, it may be that you can find other ways to execute without breaking the rules that are essential in our profession. Preparing our reports is essential to have mastery of these two tools, preparing a DFC (cash flow statement) will be our great challenge. Each discipline will have its contribution to the project. Running a business requires good financial control to avoid indebtedness and difficulties that may hamper the continuity of activities. However, one one of the main problems faced by companies is the labor liabilities, which affect the entire planning. Labor liabilities can affect the company unexpectedly, bringing directly in the financial planning of the business. The company chosen, being it fictitious, is Padaria Real, which has 12 employees, where Labor Liabilities were created, which served as a basis for setting up all the analysis and calculations of the Integrated Project. In Fundamentals of Administration, taught by professor Frederico Ribeiro, we had contact with the vision, mission and values of the company that showed us a great dedication of the collaborators in adapting their service in favor of the customer, seeking work with the greatest possible transparency and achieve excellence in the market.
