In the Labor Liabilities Management unit, some liabilities are identified that were committed by the company recognizing the laws that were breached to become such liabilities. And together with that, it is proposed possible solutions so that they are not committed again. The company chosen, being it fictitious, is Padaria Real, which has 12 employees, where Labor Liabilities were created, which served as a basis for setting up all the analysis and calculations of the Integrated Project. In the Management of Labor Liabilities discipline, the Labor Liabilities that the organization has will be developed and presented, the amount that was defaulted by the company and we will propose some possible forms of solution and contingency.
