Therefore, a more in-depth analysis of these issues is necessary. The financial health of the company must also be observed through accounting statements so that there is a complete identification of impasses. THE analysis of employees' relationships with their employers, as well as the correct payment, and the process of pricing products and services is also an important step in understanding the functionality of the organization. Unifeob is an institution that always seeks to demonstrate its teaching, always emphasizing quality, being able to be accessible and thus making it possible the perception that it has a pedagogical proposal performed and inclusive for the entire region. Identifying possible debts generated by the employer, due to non-compliance compliance with labor and social obligations, through the analysis of legislation labor, collective work agreements, collective work agreements and decisions applicable lawsuits, we arrive at the amount that will be adjusted with the Balance Sheet and the D.R.E of the company.
