    This article aims to present issues within organizations, which can directly affect the health of the collaborator, being the main theme approached the Burnout Syndrome, also known as professional burnout syndrome, identifying the main causes and their consequences. And how people management applied assertively can prevent this psychic disorder. Research will be applied field to study the organizational climate in companies and based on research recent information on the Syndrome to identify the disease and choose the best alternatives to remedy this very common problem, especially during and after the pandemic experienced in the last two years, and taking advantage of the management of collaborators and development of leaders to equalize this problem, establishing new cultures and customs within of companies.

    According to the WHO (World Health Organization) there has been an increase in of people diagnosed with depression and anxiety after the pandemic in Brazil. and with that many companies have been hurt financially with regard to the numbers of absences related to mental problems. Many companies felt the need to invest in people management to provide emotional support to its employees. That need arose from the perception of lack of interest, demotivation and a drop in productivity of the work performed. The purpose of this article is to emphasize how important it is for the company to get involved with its employees, motivating them and giving the necessary support so that personal problems do not affect your day-to-day activities. After emphasizing the importance, examples of companies that adopt these methods and that are having positive results with this adopted practice.

    One of the fundamental points for a company is to understand the behavioral factors of its employees, based on this finding, it is of paramount importance that the company be able to recruit and select according to your values ​​and culture organizational. This work aimed to substantiate how much this process, when done well, it can be assertive to hire employees who are aligned with the expected profiles for each vacancy, ranging from professional and technical skills to questions of compatibility with the organizational culture. After hiring another essential item is the training of the team contributing to the increase of efficiency, this training enables employees to have tools and knowledge for the facing the challenges during their working day. To promote the work it was behavioral management is suggested, and the focus of this method is people and their behaviors, this technique, in addition to reducing turnover, provides greater quality of life for employees, enabling them to become more efficient, productive, innovative and capable of generating excellent results for the organization.
