Although this company has built a solid foundation with consolidated values over the years, it is imperative that it adapts to the demands of the current market. Therefore, a more in-depth analysis of these issues is necessary. The financial health of the company must also be observed through accounting statements so that there is a complete identification of impasses. THE analysis of employees' relationships with their employers, as well as the correct payment, and the process of pricing products and services is also an important step in understanding the functionality of the organization. Unifeob is an institution that always seeks to demonstrate its teaching, always emphasizing quality, being able to be accessible and thus making it possible the perception that it has a pedagogical proposal performed and inclusive for the entire region.
