    This business consulting project aims to raise possible liabilities labor costs that the company may incur in its business activity and assess its impact on the financial situation of the business. Being possible through the disciplines: Management of Labor Liabilities, to be done identification of the subjects of the employment relationship and forms of remuneration and salary; finance Corporate, where the calculation of the indicators of dry, immediate and current before and after labor liabilities, based on the results, an analysis will be made the company's liquidity situation; General Accounting, a survey of the accounting information for preparing the Balance Sheet and Income Statement and the amounts of possible liabilities labor and its impacts on financial statements and projections; Quantitative Methods and Applied Statistics, calculation of the company's labor liability percentage and projections financial institutions according to the SELIC rate.

    The present work aims to identify the main factors that lead to complaints in the company and the best ways to prevent them. Organizations need to realize that good management of labor liabilities is fundamental for the financial health of the company and its continuity in the labor market. It becomes necessary to understand your strengths and weaknesses in order to correct them and minimize such liabilities. Since directly, a labor liability can negatively impact the company. To meet the scope of this study, the following attempts were necessary: identify ways to prevent labor obligations; identify the main deficits of the company surveyed that give rise to labor claims. With the end of the data collection, an impact analysis will be carried out. economically in the corporate fund as a result of its labor liabilities and propose improvements to minimize these problems.
