In this project will be presented the contents seen in the classroom, such as Performance Assessment, Talent Selection and Retention, Leadership and Personnel Department. That said, this consulting project will have as its main objective to identify points of improvement that the chosen company has at this moment around the aspect of people management. In this way, Nova Auto Peças seeks in its process of selection and retention of talents show their organizational culture to candidates and keep these professionals motivated and engaged in their positions through benefits and training.
