    The purpose of this consulting project is to provide the Obra Assistencial Monsenhor Alderigi, the possibility of improvements in the People Management area. In this project will be presented the contents seen in the classroom, such as Performance Assessment, Talent Selection and Retention, Leadership and Personnel Department. With the information extracted from the institution, the way in which it behaves towards employees, which points need to be improved, what company offers, if there is an efficient selection and retention of talents, and how it motivates and evaluates its employees, if the activities developed are in accordance with the CBO, and whether taxes and charges are being collected in the correct amounts, mapping the positions of each employee and validating their functions.

    The Credit Cooperative System (Sicoob) is the largest cooperative financial system in the Brazil with more than 5.3 million members, 3.5 thousand points of service distributed throughout country. Being composed of financial cooperatives and support companies, which together offer current account, credit, investment, cards, pension, consortium, insurance, bank collection, acquisition of electronic means of payment, among others. Present in 1952 municipalities as the only financial institution, Sicoob is the 2nd largest network banking services in Brazil. Sicoob is organized into three levels that link operationally singular, central cooperatives and the Centro Cooperativo Sicoob - CCS.

    Much has been discussed about the importance of having an organizational climate favorable to the good being of the collaborators, but there are many assumptions of what to be done for this to become real in the company. That said, this consulting project will have as its main objective to identify points of improvement that the chosen company has at this moment around the aspect of people management. Once this survey is carried out, ideas and projections of what can be carried out in the establishment, so that not only the organizational climate as a whole improve itself, but also the motivation of each employee; the decision making of entrepreneurs who will be able to be more assertive based on the good relationship acquired, which therefore leads to a better view of what happens in the company; develop goals and realistic and appropriate metrics that meet the needs of the organization; identify if the functions of each employee is being fulfilled in the ideal way without overloading or non-fulfillment of the same and consequently, to obtain an objective leadership and focused on the data obtained to develop an optimal plan for growth of the company, which is also reflected in the perception of customers, who can collaborate so that the it is a potential market reference in this area.

    Companies are formed and develop, not just by resources materials, but also by people, who can impact positively or negative in the results and, mainly, in its growth and continuity when compared to material resources. Furthermore, they are also a very sensitive part of the organization and, therefore, the extreme importance of a effective people management, so that leaders and their subordinates are in tune with the mission, vision and values ​​of the company. As such, this Extension Project (EP) work, associated with the sixth module of the Business Administration course, aims to develop a project of consultancy for the School of Business - UNIFEOB and present actions that show how they can work and improve their People Management and, with that, to further leverage its sector.

    Nowadays, it is necessary to develop techniques and attitudes to direct the team, through assertive communication adapting to leadership styles. for that is need to create solutions to monitor the organizational climate of the company Mocafor. In this project we carried out an analysis of the company, where the criteria of evaluation of the employee's performance and identify the performance evaluation indicators performance, the composition of the leadership structure and the ways in which leaders act in the company. The corporate culture helped us to propose improvements, as well as raise the existing positions and we analyzed the union of the category to validate the payroll calculations payment and labor charges. In addition, the analysis took place, along with data collection and information from the company about the way it deals with its employees, how it is willing to resolve internal problems linked to its groups, teams and how the company performs the mapping of existing positions so that their functions are validated, carried out and carried out within the required standards.

    People Management seeks to "humanize" companies so that the organization have a more involved and close contact and relationship with your collaborators, that is, making them more motivated, engaged and relevant. With a management effective people, it is also possible to guarantee the quality of life of employees, in addition to good benefit management. The main objective, with this project, is to understand how people management happens at the Bauer company, show its importance within the organization and raise some points of improvement. This will be done, based on the disciplines studied throughout this semester: Performance Assessment, Talent Selection and Retention, Leadership and Coaching and Personal department. A brief analysis of how the evaluation takes place will be carried out throughout the project. of performance for the organization to select and retain its talents, of how it is managed its employees, mapping the existing positions, validating the functions and calculations of the respective labor allowances.

    To carry out this integrated project, the company chosen for the development activities is Óticas Carol, with 21 years of experience in its activities, providing for its customers products with excellent quality. Through the same we will designate thoroughly all the tools studied in this module. As a first topic Performance Evaluation where performance is analyzed both of a single collaborator, how much of the whole team in general, it has for objective the management of people involved in the organization, its study will result in the development of goals and competencies, more complex and meaningful assessments, identification of problems among other strategic points of the company.

Therefore, a more in-depth analysis of these issues is necessary. The financial health of the company must also be observed through accounting statements so that there is a complete identification of impasses. THE analysis of employees' relationships with their employers, as well as the correct payment, and the process of pricing products and services is also an important step in understanding the functionality of the organization. Unifeob is an institution that always seeks to demonstrate its teaching, always emphasizing quality, being able to be accessible and thus making it possible the perception that it has a pedagogical proposal performed and inclusive for the entire region. Unifeob puts education at the service of real needs of students providing better development conditions. THE Institution is a reference not only for São João da Boa Vista, but for Brazil always with great service and quality.
