In the context of Casa Nicolau, a furniture retail company with 38 years of history and a team of 11 employees, all dedicated to the company for more than a decade, we realized the need for a cultural update. Although this company has built a solid foundation with consolidated values over the years, it is imperative that it adapts to the demands of the current market. Accounting facts were collected and analyzed in order to put into practice our mission to support the Iracema Market, so that the company stands out even more in the niche that is inserted.
