The focus is to make a scenario for this company using swot analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) and finally doing the company's balance sheet and income statement. For this, the group decided to classify duties for each member, being them acquire company information, describe the main texts of the project and evaluate and give an opinion about what was written. After completing these steps, the data will be taken to the entrepreneur to analysis of the same, and development of an action plan, in order to optimize all factors highlighted in the group's analyses.
