For this semester's integrated project, the group decided to choose the company Reciclagem e Transportedora Defente Ltda. The focus is to make a scenario for this company using swot analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) and finally doing the company's balance sheet and income statement. For this, the group decided to classify duties for each member, being them acquire company information, describe the main texts of the project and evaluate and give an opinion about what was written. After completing these steps, the data will be taken to the entrepreneur to analysis of the same, and development of an action plan, in order to optimize all factors highlighted in the group's analyses.

To carry out this integrated project, the company chosen for the development activities is Óticas Carol, with 21 years of experience in its activities, providing for its customers products with excellent quality. Through the same we will designate thoroughly all the tools studied in this module. As a first topic Performance Evaluation where performance is analyzed both of a single collaborator, how much of the whole team in general, it has for objective the management of people involved in the organization, its study will result in the development of goals and competencies, more complex and meaningful assessments, identification of problems among other strategic points of the company.

The present work aims to identify the main factors that lead to complaints in the company and the best ways to prevent them. Organizations need to realize that good management of labor liabilities is fundamental for the financial health of the company and its continuity in the labor market. It becomes necessary to understand your strengths and weaknesses in order to correct them and minimize such liabilities. Since directly, a labor liability can negatively impact the company. To meet the scope of this study, the following attempts were necessary: identify ways to prevent labor obligations; identify the main deficits of the company surveyed that give rise to labor claims. With the end of the data collection, an impact analysis will be carried out. economically in the corporate fund as a result of its labor liabilities and propose improvements to minimize these problems.

In the contemporary module, our group used it as a basis for carrying out the business consulting company CRC Continental, an organization located in the city of São João da Boa Vista - SP, which sells tires, wheels, exhaust and automotive oil. O group chose the company CRC Continental, because of its prominence in the sector where it operates and because of the support given to the group to carry out our project. In our project we had the opportunity to see in the classroom the fundamentals business, with the knowledge acquired in this module we were able to carry out the our project associating the data collected in the entity with the knowledge that was passed for us in the classroom.

Our Business Consulting Project has the purpose of studying the areas of company LiderKraft, analyzing the economic and financial scenario and deferring improvements to analyzing its organizational structure. Indústria LiderKraft was chosen because it to be a leading company in the carton market, in the case of offset packaging and corrugated cardboard packaging obtaining excellent quality in their packaging, obtaining the 9001 seal and also for his dedication in deliveries, which are fast and zealous. A Projection of a Statement of Income for the Year (DRE) will be carried out considering the financial and economic scenario of the company, in the case of the balance sheet economics, balance sheet, finance, accounting, economics and administration.

Unifeob is an educational institution that offers several courses in different areas, so it is important to identify, as a whole, possible issues or problems to be resolved, for example, through labor management to identify if there is any liability in the company, or if any accounting error is identified, so that it is updated. Therefore, a more in-depth analysis of these issues is necessary. The financial health of the company must also be observed through accounting statements so that there is a complete identification of impasses. THE analysis of employees' relationships with their employers, as well as the correct payment, and the process of pricing products and services is also an important step in understanding the functionality of the organization. Unifeob is an institution that always seeks to demonstrate its teaching, always emphasizing quality, being able to be accessible and thus making it possible the perception that it has a pedagogical proposal performed and inclusive for the entire region. The project aims to analyze the company Nova Auto Peças - specializing in the trade of automotive parts and accessories - and the financial health of the company, seeking to improve financial management and identify the impacts of labor liabilities. Labor liabilities will be identified through databases and accounting records, together with the accounting office and one of the owner-partners (Ciro Bilotti), to understand how they affect the results present and how much they can influence the future. The store has no history of labor problems and maintains a healthy and honest relationship with its current and former employees. At the end of the Project, it will be possible to direct the vision of the partners in relation to the management of labor liabilities and how to deal with their financial impacts on your business, guiding and suggesting actions so that they can improve and progress each more and more in the future.

The project addresses and applies the knowledge seen during the semester in the module of Financial Management, giving greater emphasis to the subject of Management of Labor Liabilities and what are their financial impacts on the company. The main objective is to demonstrate to the entrepreneur the importance that a good management of labor liabilities back to the company and how the non-fulfillment of these obligations can affect not only the financial health but can also damage the image of the same. Currently, companies are being charged not only by their employees to maintain up to date with its obligations, but also by its customers and investors, since an image negative impact brings not only consequences for the company but also for those who invest or shop with her. This project simulates, through a hypothetical situation such as a late payment of its obligations brings consequences for the company.

This business consulting project aims to help and analyze a improvement in the management of possible labor liabilities that the company Cassiano Sacarias Ltda. may obtain in its activity, containing its rights and duties in relation to collaborators, so that in this way the corporation will not suffer from future damages. With the subject Management of Labor Liabilities, taught by professor Marcelo Siqueira, it will be possible to organize and align these possible liabilities. already with the General Accounting and Corporate Finance, taught by professors Danilo and Renata, knowledge will be applied to better understand the economic and financial situation of this organization, so that in this way everything is aligned so that the entrepreneur can enjoy of the benefits of good management with clear and truthful data. However, with the combination of all the knowledge acquired during this semester to add to the composition of the project as a whole, in this way, to perform the best work possible for both the teachers and the business owner. This project aims to develop a future projection for company A Tribo, with the aim of presenting the projection of an Income Statement for Financial Statement (DRE), taking into account the company's economic and financial scenario. We will work on the administrative strategic positioning, together with the analysis of customers, and the construction of economic scenarios. In the accounting unit, we will analyze all profitability and indebtedness of the company, resulting in a balance sheet. Also, we will have the present values net of the organization's projected earnings. Along with everything else, we will design a statement of income for the year, aiming at the entire economic and financial situation of the company.

The purpose of the extension project is to develop a business consultancy about the company chosen by our group, in this case, DEMACTAM MINERAÇÃO E COMÉRCIO LTDA. This business consultancy will make our group present a report accounting information about the company, named as Statement of Income for the Year. He U.S will allow you to analyze the company during a certain period of time and find out if it generated profit or loss, through its revenues and expenses. In addition, we will delve into other sectors of the company, such as knowing its values, learn more about its mission, customers and suppliers, that is, we will display the scenario in which the company is introduced.

In our article, we aim at a marketing proposal for the Bakery Portal. We did some research with customers and employees and noticed that they they miss having more interaction on the company's social networks. We plan to hire a company specialized in advertising to manage social networks and the image of Padaria Portal, seeking to humanize relationships between the bakery and customers on the internet, and gain even more visibility with all this. Our goal is also to analyze the company's internal environment, identify the satisfaction of customers and employees, verifying through the SWOT Analysis the strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities. According to WESTWOOD (2007, p. 10). “Marketing involves discovering what customers want, make the company's products meet those requirements and, in the process, optimize the company profits.”

Currently many companies are facing problems related to labor liabilities and most of these are caused by lack of information of the managers of such businesses. From the moment that a business is not aware of a law or standard that needs to be followed, a possible labor liability may be generated.

The present work aims to present the result of an analysis of the structure organizational work carried out by our group in the company Pack Bag created in 2011 with headquarters in Casa Branca-SP and another in Aguaí-SP, currently has more than 500 employees in both units The company has a market share of almost 20% of Big Bags of seeds being thus a reference in the seeding segment, thus becoming the most respected in the market. Today the company operates on 2 business fronts, one is the industrialization of Big Bags and the other is the manufacture of fabrics that are used in the Big Bag, thus being a company verticalized. The main objective is to design the income statement for the year of organization according to its economic and financial scenario, in addition to its structure of balance sheet, the result of the administrative evaluation will also be presented, including an effective strategic positioning for the company.
