    The objective of internal and external quality control in a laboratory is to ensure the consistency and quality of the services offered, maintaining and making new customers through a standard of excellence available to these consumers. To obtain such results more efficiently, it is necessary that the activities are understood and managed so that they work in a coherent way, focusing on the improvement and continuous performance of the assigned activities.
