    This present study was developed and based on the problems faced by university students. Taking into account cultural contexts and statistics, which show that in recent years the prevalence of disorders such as anxiety and depression are increasingly present in the lives of this public. Thus, the purpose of this research was to understand what are the difficulties faced by students and what are the impacts of this problem on their mental health in order to prevent advances and signs of disorders that may impair the enrichment of knowledge and daily life. an individual's day at university.
