Plants are made up of root, stem and leaves, flowers and fruits and each part plays a fundamental role for the plant. The chemical composition of plants: 90% C (form: CO2) O (form: O2) and water (H2O) 10% are composed of minerals. (Mineral and chemical elements in plant composition).Item Hortaliças e Nutrição(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) FARIA, Breno Martinatti Andrade; BUENO, Glace; COMIN, Igor Henrique; FAGAN, João Ricardo; PRADO, João Carlos Silva; FERREIRA, Marcelo Fernandes; PIMENTEL, Ryan Rangel; ABREU, Wanei Barbosa de; COLLI, Bruna do Amaral Brogio; CONCEIÇÂO, Vivyan JustiThe objective of this Integrated Project (IP) is to learn about the main practices of organic and mineral agriculture and develop the implementation of these practices on agricultural properties. A segment that has been in growing demand in recent years, both in consumption and production. Subdivided into: tuberous vegetables, fruit vegetables and herbaceous vegetables. Every plant needs essential nutrients for its development, thus seeking to meet its nutritional requirements. The absence of these nutrients will not allow the plant to complete its life cycle. Among the essential elements for plant life we have: oxygen (O), carbon (C), hydrogen (H), obtained through water and air. And the macro and micronutrients taken from the soil. Essential macronutrients for vegetables: Nitrogen (N); Phosphorus (P); Potassium (K); Calcium (Ca); Magnesium (Mg) and Sulfur (S). Essential micronutrients for vegetables: Boron (B); Iron (Fe); Manganes (Mn); Molybdenum (Mo); Chlorine (Cl); Copper (Cu) and Zinc (Zn).Item Hortaliças e Nutrição(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) SILVA, Pedro Donizete Campos e; CUNHA, João Victor Ramos da; ALVES, Bruno Sousa; CUNHA, Luis Fernando Soares da; GONÇALVES, Lucas da Silva; OLIVEIRA, Bruno de; CONCEIÇÂO, Vivyan Justi COLLI, Bruna do Amaral BrogioThis work provides important information on the issue of organic planting and its deficiencies on a property located in Vargem Grande do Sul- SP.Item Hortaliças e Nutrição(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) BERNARDES, Carlos Renato; MELO, Catarina Prado de; SANTOS, Leonardo Sannazzaro dos; NASCIMENTO, Paulo Cesar do; RIBEIRO, Paulo Henrique Judice; SILVA, Renata do Prado Sousa; LIMA, Weverton Luís de; CONCEIÇÂO, Vivyan Justi COLLI, Bruna do Amaral BrogioWe carried out the research for the integrated project on the Fazenda Horizonte property, owned by producer Vinicius, located in Andradas-MG, the vegetable chosen was tomato (Solanum lycopersicum), the producer works with two cultivars: long life tomato and field tomato. Planting was done on 09/28/2023, with harvest expected for December. The cultivated area is 1.3 ha. The objective of the integrated vegetable and nutrition project is to address production, identify deficiencies found in the crop, encourage agricultural practices and seek integration of knowledge with the producer. The vegetable chosen to prepare the project was the tomato, a versatile vegetable rich in nutrients.Item Hortaliças e Nutrição(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) SANTOS, Gabriel Monteiro dos; FIGUEIREDO, Hernanes dos Santos; SILVA, João Paulo; INOCÊNCIO, João Victor; CONCEIÇÂO, Vivyan Justi COLLI, Bruna do Amaral BrogioVegetables are plants or parts of plants that are cultivated and consumed as food. Carrots are highly recommended by doctors due to their high nutritional value, being rich in beta-carotene, as well as fiber, minerals and antioxidants. In humans, just 100 grams of carrots is enough to meet the daily vitamin needs.Item Hortaliças e Nutrição(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) CARVALHO, Aline Maria de; OLIVEIRA, João Paulo Correia de; MORA, Luiz Estevão Beli; MARQUES, Ricardo Aparecido; SILVA, Fernando Alberto da; CONCEIÇÂO, Vivyan Justi COLLI, Bruna do Amaral BrogioThis work aims to demonstrate the daily life of a farm located in Andradas - MG that grows lettuce only with cattle manure without pesticides only for family consumption. But he points out that there are some deficiencies related to nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and calcium that cause damage to the plantation. However, they provide alternatives for a possible solution to the problem. We also recommend carrying out a soil analysis to adjust fertilization and liming recommendations. In order to overcome the deficiencies found and increase productivity, we recommend, based on bulletin 100, to apply 100 grams per m2 of bed of NPK 10-10-10 fertilizer.Item Nutrição Mineral de Hortaliças(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) BUZATTO, André Luiz Betito; BORTOLUCI, Edimar Roberto; HENRIQUE, Fernanda Malachias; SILVA, Flávio José da; GALVÃO, Grazielli Zani; MAGALHÂES, Marcelo Silveira; FARIA, Otávio Fagundes de; CONCEIÇÂO, Vivyan Justi COLLI, Bruna do Amaral BrogioEggplant is the fruit of the solanum melongena plant, native to India. According to some historians, its cultivation began around four thousand years ago as an ornamental plant. It arrived in Europe in the 13th century, via the Arabs of the Iberian peninsula. In regions with a hot climate, the planting season lasts all year round. Eggplant is normally grown in single rows, with spacing varying from 1.2 to 1.5 and from 0.6 to 1.0 between plants. Depending on the variety, the harvest lasts three months or more, from 90 to 110 days after sowing. During harvest, be careful when handling the fruits. They are very sensitive to crushing and damage to tools and other materials. Potassium is essential for the growth, resistance to stress and quality of eggplant fruits, influencing protein synthesis and disease resistance. Calcium contributes to the formation of the cell wall, preventing disorders such as apical rot, regulating soil pH and promoting a healthy root system. Monitoring and adjusting adequate levels of these nutrients in the soil is crucial to optimizing eggplant production and quality.Item Laboratório de Controle de Qualidade em Alimentos em Geral e Água: Iberpharm do Brasil(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) ALMEIDA, Bruno Aparecido de; ALMEIDA, Érica Aparecida de; FRANCO, Marcelo Marcos; OLMEDO, Mateus Galante; MARCON, Robson Sordile; TOMÉ, Adilson Bazotti; LEÂO, CatarinaThis work presents a company located in Machado - MG that operates in the national network that has 18 accredited laboratories in Brazil in accordance with the unified agricultural health care system and the Brazilian system for inspection of products of animal origin.
