For this, a set of factors will be worked on to help the company succeed in the competitive market in which it operates. For this, actions will be proposed that aim to work marketing in a broad way, analyzing the market in which the company is inserted, the behavior of its consumers and the marketing that the company already develops, and, from this study, to elaborate strategies to that the company generates value for its customers, with the objective of attracting and retaining them.

The main focus is to demonstrate to the entrepreneur the importance that a good management of the communication with its customers and target audiences brings to the company and how, non-compliance with this can affect not only the financial health, but also the image that it passes through its brand, making it clear that Marketing goes far beyond a simple advertising focused on sales, it is responsible for generating and delivering value to the product and the customer.

By analyzing the marketing environment, it is possible to understand what the company's efforts are to deal with threats or opportunities that may affect its success and that of its brand in the market. Another unit of importance is understanding consumer behavior, as it allows for more assertive decision-making. When you know the consumer well, it is possible to create products/services that will be accepted in the market. In addition to marketing mix management, addressing the four pillars of an effective marketing strategy. Finally, a closing with the main points addressed, the difficulties encountered and the solutions for the company in question.
