This project aims to put into practice the knowledge acquired during this semester of the course, where through an audit and an expert report we can apply a little of each unit studied, which are: • Company Valuation: This unit is where we get a better sense of the wide variety of important financial activities of a company, of course you need to know what you want to analyze, because the analyzes are done individually. • Audit and Expertise Practices: Today the audit (fact review and verification) and expert (evidence proof) market is growing more and more, and this highlights the sectors of the company that can go through this process, such as: accounts receivable, sales, inventory, physical inventory, investments, fixed assets, among many others. • Accounting Audit: arose from the need for confirmation of accounting records, examining documents, records, books, statements and everything that is related to the control of the company's assets. This is a very large and important unit for accounting. • Accounting Expertise and Arbitration: In this topic we have the objective of further expertise and also arbitration is an alternative method used for dispute resolution, where there is a simple agreement or contract of those involved using the arbitral judgment rather than using the judiciary . • Information Technology Management: In this unit, the objective is to understand a little more about IT, which is the implementation and computerization of safe and friendly systems that aims to improve the performance of each sector of the company, where various types can be used such as: expert systems, decision support systems, executives, ERP, among others.

The purpose of this IP is to draw up an audit opinion and an expert report. In this sense, it is necessary to elaborate a study using as a theoretical basis the learning units that compose the seventh module of the Accounting Sciences course, bibliographies related to the subject and accounting and legal norms. Accounting aims at demonstrating an organization's equity situation, and based on this statement, people make investments, suppliers believe in a company's ability to pay off its debts, banks and institutions decide how much funding can be provided to the organization, government calculates Due taxes, managers make decisions, finally, Accounting is an important tool for the decision-making of its users.
