    The first step to becoming clear about your goals is understanding your life purpose. We can compare a personal life purpose with the mission of a company, that is, the reason why we exist. When we are in a scenario with a lack of professional clarity, it is important to carry out Brainstorming, that is, to gather as many ideas as possible for options to follow. This technique is also known as brainstorming. At this stage it is important not to think about negative sides and let creativity flow. At this stage we understand the need for ACTION and how executing the plan is decisive for professional success. To ensure that the idea will be executed we can use the SMART tool. With it we will have a greater understanding of the results and the tasks that need to be performed. To achieve the goal, continuous monitoring is necessary to validate whether we are on the right path. To make this practical, we use the creation of KPIs or key indicators, which must be monitored.
