For the development of the project, we used the knowledge acquired through the study units of the present module, they were: Performance evaluation, which is a tool used in organizations in the area of ​​People Management, its objective is to analyze the performance of the professional according to the activities that achieves, the goals set, the results achieved and its development potential. Personnel department where labor laws and calculations were studied, as well as the process of hiring a new employee. The Leadership and Coaching discipline whose objective was to diagnose and develop the company's need for training, learn how to develop skills in oneself and in other people.     This project consists of uniting knowledge from five study units with a common objective which is a general analysis of human resources, thus carrying out the entire procedural cycle of this department of fundamental importance for the development of an organization and its stakeholders. The first mentioned unit Selection and retention of talents that gives us the necessary information for the inclusion (hiring) of a new person in our squad or even how to keep a promising employee in the company; For the second unit, we have Positions, Salaries and Career Plans that allow us to identify the adequacy of the rights and duties of employees in a fair way, in addition to collaborating for their development in a successful career, creating a two-way street in employee/company relationship; the third unit studied Performance evaluation consists of building a stronger relationship between manager and employee, thus analyzing through daily processes and results obtained in longer periods measuring their evolution or their needs for the triumph of such; the fourth unit Personal Department teaches us to develop the ability to organize through more bureaucratic procedures, thus enforcing what is described in the law in labor matters; the fifth unit Leadership and coaching allows us to engage those involved for a common objective, thus bringing synergy in the activities carried out, causing a feeling of well-being and pleasure in being present in the environment, in addition to learning training and dialogue tools.

All subjects were important for the development of the project, with based on the explanations of the teachers and the themes of each subject we were able to obtain various information from the Google company, theme of our project. For example the charges and salaries of the company is basically elaborated through annual surveys and percentages, with no job mapping, as it is a high standard company, using nomenclature and definition, but teamwork and leadership, being able to be this is one of its weaknesses, the candidate selection process is extremely rigid and high standard of professionals, having a high standard of training and support to its employees, using the Assessment and Performance tool for better vision of your employees and company, having the use of feedbacks.

    The interdisciplinary project aims to analyze the human resources scenario of a company. For the development of this project, we chose the beverage company Cardoso & Maria Comercio de Bebidas LTDA, and when we analyzed its entire staff and actions aimed at the human resources department, proposing improvements and restructuring of actions. In the Performance Assessment study unit, it was possible to individually analyze the performance of employees, taking into account the agreements between employee and employer related to their performance within the organization, in addition to the points that they can improve individually, we also analyzed their self-assessment and the evaluation of leaders over the led.

    The project described here was prepared by the group and in order to observe the scenarios of the People Management area of ​​the company Copperfio, to understand the company's routines and its practices. The company operates in the field of manufacturing and marketing electrical conductors and providing industrialization services to third parties. The theoretical and practical classes that make up module 6 of the Business Administration Course are detailed in this project: •Performance Assessment where feedback is analyzed, the three assessment models, 90º, 180º, 360º and the evaluation methods of performance that the company uses to evaluate its employees.
