The objective of this work is to prepare students for the job market through the provision of consultancy, exposing the current reality experienced in the Castelo Negro language school, aiming to acquire a greater knowledge about the organization, where in this report, data will be presented to develop a project containing all the information of the business, uttering with all the difficulties of a company managed only by its owner.
