Acne is a skin disease detected in more than 60% of women during their youth. Being caused by several external and internal factors, this comorbidity is increasingly bothering young people, especially in a period where the perfect beauty imposed by social media standards is predominant. Many young people seek out dermatologists to treat acne, and it is found in various ways, whether at the mildest stage of the disease or at the most advanced stage, where treatment with medication is already considered necessary. Another problem in today's society is the lack of prevention among young people before and during sexual relations. In Brazil, more than 430,000 births of babies to teenage mothers are recorded each year. The global fertility rate among girls aged 15 to 19 is 44 per thousand, but Brazil is above average, leading to early pregnancy being treated as a public health problem (UN; 2020). Of great relevance in social reality, teenage pregnancy has increasingly increased the fertility rate.

To explain hyperphagia, which is the compulsion to eat, one can differentiate hunger from appetite. The author Hamburger carried out an analysis of the drive of hunger and appetite, saying that hunger is the physiological expression of body's need for energy and appetite is a psychological desire for eating, which gives pleasure. According to him, hunger produces appetite, but appetite it can exist independently and can be stimulated by other means. O It even clarifies the relationship between appetite and emotions.
