O Projeto Integrado é uma estratégia didática de ensino–aprendizagem cujo objetivo é materializar a interdisciplinaridade entre os saberes abordados durante o curso. Organizados em módulos temáticos, com eixos condutores que integram as unidades de estudo de cada período de oferta. Essas unidades, articuladas, geram o Projeto Integrado (PI) que permite ao estudante colocar em prática as competências que se pretende desenvolver em cada módulo.

    The title of the IP is “Technology in the PUBLIC SECTOR”, and the objective of our project is to analyze the use of integrated management systems by the sector public. Public accounting differs in parts from the accounting of private companies, in this work we will present rules and laws that regulate expenses and revenues, which help control budgets (LDO, PPA and LOA) and PCASP the chart of accounts created for the public sector.

    In this Integrated Project (IP) we will address issues related to Accounting Public and its responsibilities, as well as its records. in the same way we will introduce some concepts of the Public Sector Accounts Plan (PCASP), in order to identify its structure and purpose. Afterwards, we will expose subjects related to Information Technology Management and its benefits, such as streamlining the routines of an accounting office and facilitating the of decisions. As well as the trend of innovation and digital transformation, such as the newsletters that replaced the physical books, aiming at standardization and sharing of accounting and tax information, thus streamlining identification of tax offenses.

The technological resources offered can guarantee an improvement in the productivity of an organization, facilitating communication and interaction between sectors.

    With the rise of the social age, efficient management of the public sector has become essential to generate a better quality of life for citizens. After all, the rulers need to guarantee, for example, access to health, education and information, in a satisfactory and comprehensive way. Aiming at this fact, we will present in the following work, a detailed analysis of the use of technology in the public sector management process and the benefits brought to this new method of communication.
