O Projeto Integrado é uma estratégia didática de ensino–aprendizagem cujo objetivo é materializar a interdisciplinaridade entre os saberes abordados durante o curso. Organizados em módulos temáticos, com eixos condutores que integram as unidades de estudo de cada período de oferta. Essas unidades, articuladas, geram o Projeto Integrado (PI) que permite ao estudante colocar em prática as competências que se pretende desenvolver em cada módulo.

n this Integrated project we will carry out a demonstration on the use of integrated management systems by the public sector, subjects studied in this period. We have seen that in public accounting the budget system is established by the Federal Constitution of 1988 of Brazil where we demonstrate the main objectives and differences of the three brands that define the performance of public management, which are Plano Multiannual - PPA, Budget Guidelines Law - LDO and Annual Budget Law - LOA.

The title of the IP is “Technology in the PUBLIC SECTOR”, and the objective of our project is to analyze the use of integrated management systems by the sector public. Public accounting differs in parts from the accounting of private companies, in this work we will present rules and laws that regulate expenses and revenues, which help control budgets (LDO, PPA and LOA) and PCASP the chart of accounts created for the public sector.

In order to analyze the use of integrated management systems by the public sector, a study was carried out based on the units indicated this quarter, which are: Public Accounting and Information Technology Management Information. To conclude this work, management analyzes were used of the public administration on the Planning and Budget that result in the public accounting, in addition to the analysis of how systems and technologies of decision support help the public sector.

In this Integrated Project (IP) we will address issues related to Accounting Public and its responsibilities, as well as its records. in the same way we will introduce some concepts of the Public Sector Accounts Plan (PCASP), in order to identify its structure and purpose. Afterwards, we will expose subjects related to Information Technology Management and its benefits, such as streamlining the routines of an accounting office and facilitating the of decisions. As well as the trend of innovation and digital transformation, such as the newsletters that replaced the physical books, aiming at standardization and sharing of accounting and tax information, thus streamlining identification of tax offenses.

We will also address the public accounting and its planning and budgeting systems, we will cite related to Fiscal Responsibility Law 101/2020 and Law 4320/1964, the Models Brazilian Public Management Budgets such as PPA, LDO and LOA and Records Accounting in Public Accounting.

Information technology for public management has changed the way in which the government interacts with the population. In addition, advanced management tools allow you to streamline the sector's processes, improve the use of financial resources and make life easier for managers and public servants. The legislations made the services and operations subordinated to the new technologies, combining the service with a technological environment based on the use of networks, systems, equipment and high technology that led public management to use these resources for the provision of services with better levels of quality. Nowadays, the importance of information systems for a public or private organization is in managing the flow of information both internal and external that help the company to know the environment in which it is inserted and thus provides a more accurate decision-making.
