    This business consulting project aims to create options for the company to stand out in the market in which it operates, giving emphasis to its differential, which is the relationship with the customer and the knowledge passed on to them. It is possible to obtain important results for the development of the company, such as the corporate budget, the statement of income for the year (DRE), billing, among others, making it possible to highlight the current situation of the company, conclusions and strategies for its growth.

    Also known as a billing forecast, this type of budget estimates the amount of products that will be sold or services that will be provided by a company for the next accounting period (month, bimonth, quarter, semester or year). From its results, all other projections and business planning are made.
