Motivation is an extremely important factor within organizations, according to Antunes and Sant Anna (1996), the degree of satisfaction and motivation can affect instability internal to a system. According to Eduardo Marques (CEO) the company has some problems in this sector, being the high turnover of remote employees, who have no with the company's values, in addition to the lack of interactions with other employees, which makes it difficult for them to integrate and maintain consistency in order to continue working in the company.
