    The company UPPVIE, which operates in the area of ​​digital traffic, has as CEO Marcos Ferrari, and CMO Igor Miguel and its main objective is to help entrepreneurs in creating an image to sell their product/service. The company focuses on digital traffic, that is, it creates marketing strategies to create an advertising network on famous websites and applications on the internet, but it is clear that the company may need more emphasis on digital marketing itself, and its own publicity.

    The company UPPVIE, created less than a year ago, specializes in paid online ad traffic, on social media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, among others. The purpose of the work is to help the company Uppvie to evolve and help it solve its problems, in favor of the knowledge of the participating students. Applying the lessons of Budget Management, which is a financial plan based on the expected income and expenses of a company over a period of time, and Strategic Tax Management, which studies tax and tax regimes having an enormous connection with the matter of Budget management. Igor de Oliveira Miguel is CMO of the company that provides paid traffic services, he has been working with clients from 10 companies spread across 8 states in Brazil.

    This project will aim to provide a strategic vision for the entrepreneur, helping him in making future decisions, ensuring the best for his company. The development of this project will be based on the knowledge acquired during the semester. In this way, it will be carried out based on the themes of Budget Management, this bringing the Business Budget, which deals specifically with the Sales Budget, the Cost of the Service Provided, the Budget of Operating Expenses and the Budget of Results, which is also called the Statement of Result of the Projected Exercise, the mentioned themes will be worked according to the data presented by the company and also fictitious data so that a deep analysis is made, thus it will show a financial diagnosis starting with the past data and making the projections totally necessary to evolve even more in the future, taking a long-term view of finance.

    The University Center of the Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos develops a project pedagogy based on the pillars of technical, professional and life training, in this way, preparing the student to deal with every situation that is imposed on him during the exercise corporate. The Extension Project is the method in which a business situation is used conflicting and inserts the students in it, making it necessary for them to unite the content of the teaching units of the module and apply them in this case, where the adversities identified there and the solutions proposed for this are exposed.

It is possible to obtain important results for the development of the company, such as the corporate budget, the statement of income for the year (DRE), billing, among others, making it possible to highlight the current situation of the company, conclusions and strategies for its growth.

Our final objective is to increase the services provided by the company to customers, consequently, this will generate more profit for the company.
